No, food and bedding are included in your boarding cost.

Suitable food will be supplied for it's species, our booking form asks you for their favourites.

Yes, we will provide regular updates at your request.

Standard hours are 8am- 8pm. Out of hours can be arranged at an additional cost of £15 per occasion. 

You may extend your stay with us by prior agreement. Each additional day will be charged at current rates as displayed on our website.

Yes, you may collect your pet at anytime but any unused days will not be refunded.

Just off junction 8 of the M25 and junction 7 of the M23 in Merstham in Surrey. 25 Minutes from Gatwick airport and 35 from Heathrow.

No, we only offer boarding where we are onsite 24 hours at day. 

Your deposit must be paid by bank transfer on booking. The remainder must be paid 24 hours before boarding by bank transfer or in cash at drop off. 

We have two purpose designed reptile boarding rooms with a range of set ups. You are welcome to arrange a visit before hand to have a look around and discuss your pets needs. 

No, your pet will have it's own accommodation which is sanitised between boarders and restocked with appropriate substrate and enrichment for your pets stay. 

Your deposit is not refundable, but if you rebook with us within 6 months of the prior boarding date, we will offset the deposit against that stay. 

Please complete the booking form on our website and return to us as soon as possible (school holidays get very busy) we will then confirm suitability to board with us and ask you for the deposit to confirm the booking. 

Your pets health will always come first, so if believe your pet is unwell we'll seek medical advise from our vet, please see our terms and conditions for the detail of how this works.
